Beat Wälti

Beat Wälti has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Beat started their career in 1982 as a Werkzeugmacher at Ascom Hasler and worked there until 1986. Beat then joined Ascom Autelca AG as a Konstrukteur from 1986 to 1989. In 1991, they moved to Silent Gliss International AG where they worked as the Leiter Entwicklung until 2001. Beat then joined Silent Gliss USA Inc as the General Manager from 2001 to 2003. Currently, they are working as the CTO at Frama AG since November 2003.

Beat Wälti's education history is as follows:

- From 1984 to 1989, they attended Berner Fachhochschule BFH, where they earned a degree in Masch. Ingenieur HTL with a focus on Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering).

- From 1989 to 1991, they pursued further education at Berner Fachhochschule BFH and obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschafts Ingenieur HTL/NDS, specializing in Betriebswirtschaft und Unternehmensführung (Business Administration and Corporate Management).

- In 1995, they attended University of St.Gallen's Junior Managmement Programm.

- In 1999-2000, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from University of Rochester's Simon Business School.

- In the same time frame of 1999-2000, they also undertook a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Rochester-Bern Executive Programs.

- In 2012-2013, they pursued a Computer and Information Technology Management & Strategy program (CAS IT-Managment & Strategy) at Berner Fachhochschule BFH's Technik und Informatik / Softwareschule Schweiz.
