Fabien Cousin

Fabien Cousin is an experienced IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Proxy Product Owner currently working at Framatome since November 2019. Fabien leads IS/IT projects with significant business stakes using Agile methodologies, focusing on team coordination, recruitment, risk management, and cybersecurity awareness. Prior to Framatome, Fabien spent a decade at Tata Consultancy Services in various roles, including Collaboration Practice Lead, managing a team of 40 and handling projects based on Microsoft and SharePoint technologies for major clients such as LVMH and L'Oréal. Earlier experiences include project management in the energy sector for TOTAL, as well as leadership roles in web content management projects for BNP Paribas. Fabien's career began at SQLI, where responsibilities ranged from development to project management, further complemented by foundational experience as a software engineer at CEA. Fabien holds an engineering degree from EPF Engineering School.
