Gonzague Pendeliau

Gonzague Pendeliau is an accomplished professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Head of M&A at Framatome since September 2018. Previously, Gonzague held the same position at Assystem, where notable achievements included the disposal of 60% of the R&D outsourcing division to Ardian and the acquisition of a minority stake in Framatome. Gonzague's experience also includes a role as Senior Manager M&A at PwC, focusing on midcap market transactions for corporate clients and private equity funds, and as Manager M&A at Société Générale, managing small to midcap market transactions. Gonzague began a career in financial operations at Suez, improving performance in the North American water treatment division.
