Mark Charman is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Faststream Recruitment Group, GOOSE Recruitment, and FRAME Recruitment, demonstrating extensive leadership in the recruitment industry since 1999. Faststream Recruitment Group specializes in Shipping, Maritime, and Energy recruitment, employing over 100 people globally. GOOSE Recruitment focuses on the Aviation and Airline sectors, while FRAME Recruitment caters to the Architecture and Interior Design industries. Prior to founding these companies, Mark Charman served as Division Manager at Matchtech Group Plc from 1993 to 1999. Mark Charman holds a degree from Solent University.
