Hans Rommel

Hans Rommel is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager at OVME Aesthetics since May 2022, Hans previously held the position of Regional Director at Bluemercury from October 2010 to November 2021, where oversight extended to the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast regions. During that tenure, Hans successfully managed, mentored, and trained a team of district managers and supported over 300 field staff across 63 locations. Prior roles at Bluemercury included District Manager and General Manager, where Hans played a key role in strategic market planning and company transitions. Hans started the career at Douglas, initially as a Sales Specialist and later as General Manager, contributing to the company’s expansion in the U.S. market. Educationally, Hans holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Managerial Economics from Trade Academy Frankfurt and an Associate's degree in Retail Business Economics from Franz-Boehm Technical College.
