Jeff Matthews

Jeff Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in store design, construction, and facilities management. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Store Design, Construction, and Facilities at Framebridge since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Pandora Jewelry LLC for over a decade, starting as a Store Planning Coordinator in March 2010 and eventually becoming the Director of Store Design and Construction. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the design and construction of franchise development for North American retail stores, managing the design development and brand implementation for all North American stores, and developing new store design and construction procedures. Jeff also worked at Belk Stores Services as a Store Planning Coordinator in 2010 and previously from 2006 to 2007. In between, they served as the Director of Construction and Facilities at Kayser-Roth Corporation, where they were responsible for building and overseeing the construction and facility program for a new retail concept. Jeff also held positions at The Body Shop as the Manager of Design and Construction, at Rack Room Shoes as a Store Designer, and at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as a Teacher in graphic communications, architecture, and engineering. Jeff also had a contractor role at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting.

Jeff Matthews attended North Carolina State University from 1992 to 1997. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education.
