Ielyzaveta Ivchenko has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ielyzaveta started their career as a Recruiter, working as a Freelancer and later at Checker Software Systems from September 2018 to May 2021. In 2018, they also worked as a Searcher at Interaction Room for a brief period. In 2019, they worked as a Recruiter at GoTrip and as a Project Recruiter at Consider IT Done Technologies. In 2020, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at MDconsult. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Personalberaterin at STRATIGO Executive Search, where they conducted candidate searches and interviews in German for managerial positions. From January 2021 to August 2022, they worked in Customer and Technical Support, as well as Website Administration at expipoint®. From August 2022 to May 2023, they worked as an Influencer Onboarding Manager & Online Travel Booking Platform Assistant at Travely. Currently, they work as a Project Sales Assistant at FRAMEN.

Ielyzaveta Ivchenko attended Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Philology. In September 2016, they also obtained additional certifications in C1 from Bayerisches Haus Odessa and IT Recruiting from LITS [Lviv IT School].
