Cynthia Crimmins

Cynthia Crimmins is an experienced Animation and Visual Effects professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Department Manager for Animation and ATD at Framestore since November 2016, Cynthia has contributed to notable projects such as "How To Train Your Dragon" (2025) and "Wicked" (2024/25). Prior to Framestore, Cynthia held various roles at Industrial Light & Magic from 2010 to 2016, including Line Producer and Senior VFX Coordinator, working on major films like "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" (2016) and "Avengers: Age of Ultron" (2015). Cynthia's earlier experience includes VFX Coordination at Tippett Studio, design coordination for WildBrain's "Bubble Guppies," and roles in educational programming at the Children's Creativity Museum. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Arts from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art Sculpture from Limerick Institute of Technology.
