Rafael Casagrande

Rafael Casagrande is an experienced digital compositor with a strong background in visual effects and post-production. Currently serving as a Digital Compositor at Framestore since June 2022, Rafael previously worked at Method Studios and O2 Filmes, contributing to various films and series through tasks such as keying, matchmoving, and set extensions. Rafael has held leadership roles, including Compositing Supervisor for the short film "Thistle One" and Lead Digital Compositor at both Santa Transmedia and hype.cg, where responsibilities included team leadership and technical support for projects. Early career experience includes a role as a Jr. Digital Compositor and filmmaker, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from ESPM and a background in Technology of Recording and Sound Production from Unisinos.
