Framework E is an African American owned professional services architecture and engineering small business founded by 2 former Fortune 500 executives in Detroit. We are laser focused on Equity. We both know there is a better way to deliver excellent design than through the clutches of middle managers.

I am proud to say that I spent the last decade selflessly teaching, learning from, rewarding, and promoting great thinkers in our field! Now we have an amazing team of super talented colleagues at our fingertips. While the rest of the industry fights to hire, Framework E seeks a different kind of leader! Are you ready?
