Eric Swartz

Eric Swartz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency and alternative investment sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at Framework Ventures since May 2024, Swartz also contributes as an Alumni Advisory Board Member at Rutgers Business School Blockchain Hub. Previously, Swartz held the position of Partner and Head of web3 at Sterlington and was Vice Chair of Lowenstein Crypto, as well as the founder of the Crypto Innovators Podcast at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Additional roles include serving as an Alternative Investment Attorney at Susquehanna International Group, LLP and Transaction Advisory Group Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Swartz began their legal career with a Private Equity Group Associate role at Goodwin and completed a legal internship at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Philosophy and History from Rutgers University.
