Max BALE has extensive experience in media and communication, currently serving as the Chef du service RFI Planète Radio et du Réseau International ePOP Network at France Médias Monde since 2000. In this role, Max oversees a collaborative structure that has provided support to vulnerable populations in remote or protected areas for 25 years, ensuring access to communication tools that aid in environmental and cultural preservation. Prior to this, Max was the Responsable du Fonds de Coopération Radio France / RFI Planète Radio at Barclay from 1988 to 1998, where insightful contributions were made in artistic production and direction. Max holds a Master's degree in Développement & Audiovisuel from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and a Diplôme d'études universitaires générales in Géologie / sciences de la Terre from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
