Steve Dodier-Lazaro

Steve Dodier-Lazaro is a Design System Engineering Consultant at France Télévisions since February 2024, with extensive experience in UX engineering, design systems, and front-end development. Previously, as a Senior II UX Engineer at Back Market, Steve developed an A/B testing framework for design system components and automated design token and font delivery across various platforms. At La Javaness, Steve led the design system efforts, co-managing a governance framework and creating around 50 accessible components. Steve's earlier roles included Lead Front-End Architect at EcoMundo, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing development projects and ensuring code quality, and Product Designer, focusing on building UI component libraries and managing product strategies. Academic credentials include a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL and various degrees in computer science and engineering.
