Jean-Luc Moudenc has extensive experience in public service and local governance, currently serving as the 1er Vice-Président and Président de France Urbaine since January 2015, as well as the Maire de Toulouse and Président de Toulouse Métropole since April 2014. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Mairie de Toulouse, where Moudenc served as Maire from 2001 to 2008, and as 3e adjoint au Maire in charge of urban mobility. Moudenc was also a Député for Haute Garonne between 2012 and 2014 and held significant roles in local and regional government, including Conseiller général and Conseiller régional. Leadership in political parties such as les Républicains and the Parti centriste reflects a long-standing commitment to public policy. Moudenc holds a DESS in labor law and personnel management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
