Head, IT at Franchise Brands

Tim Roberts has worked in IT for over 20 years, starting their career as a software developer before moving into management. Tim has worked for Franchise Brands plc for the past three years, heading up the IT department. Prior to that, they spent four years at Domino's Pizza Group Limited, where they were responsible for all corporate IT business & finance systems. During their time at Domino's, Tim oversaw the development of a mobile driver GPS tracking solution, which was later rolled out to all stores. Tim is currently responsible for all IT operations at Franchise Brands.

Tim Roberts has a diploma in business administration and management from De Montfort University. Tim also has a bachelor's degree in applied statistics and computing from Liverpool John Moores University. In addition, they are certified in ITIL Foundation and Prince 2 Practitioner.

Their manager is Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman. They are on a team with Ian Lawrence - Chairman, Willow Pumps, Ella Pugh - Head, Sales & Marketing, ChipsAway, Ovenclean & Barking Mad, and Jason Sayers - Managing Director, Filta.
