Currently serving as the Office Manager and previously holding various roles at Franchise Brokers Association since February 2020, Katey has developed expertise in lead management and sales development. Prior experience includes ownership of Writes of Copy, LLC, where Katey supported creative business owners in establishing strong online presences. Additional roles at PGi, Gold Crown Resort Marketing Inc., and several other companies showcase proficiency in customer service, technical problem-solving, and team leadership. Katey is skilled in various systems including Canva, MailChimp, and WordPress, among others.
