Rajesh Gupta

Rajesh Gupta is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Franchise India Brands Limited since February 2012, Rajesh Gupta oversees HR planning, selection interviews, and induction programs while directly managing talent acquisition for critical leadership roles. Prior to this role, Rajesh Gupta was a Senior HR Strategy Consultant at Pristine Ventures Pvt. Ltd., where effective collaboration with client leadership led to the enhancement of talent acquisition strategies. Rajesh Gupta began a career in recruitment as a Senior Manager at DPS Executive Search, managing multiple teams and clients in the non-IT sector. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Annamalai University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University.
