Rich Hill has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical device industry. Rich started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ridgeview Medical Center, where they managed financial aspects of a healthcare facility. Rich then joined Boston Scientific, where they held multiple roles including Principal Business Planning Analyst, Senior Manager in marketing, and Senior Product Manager. At Boston Scientific, they were responsible for market research, marketing strategy formulation, and managing the portfolio planning process.
Following their time at Boston Scientific, Hill worked as the Senior Director of Operations at ThreeWire, where they led direct-to-patient marketing and clinical trial patient recruitment programs. Rich then joined American Medical Systems as a Group Manager, where they provided strategic support and analytical insights for the Men's Health business unit. In this role, they led the global strategic and decision support function, resulting in growth and improved distribution metrics.
Hill also had experience as an independent consultant, providing strategic marketing, research and analytics, and upstream product management services. Rich Hill attended Gustavus Adolphus College where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Rich then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing. Additionally, Rich Hill holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Minnesota Society of CPAs, although the exact date of obtaining the certification is unknown.
