Carla Karimbakas

Carla Karimbakas is an experienced professional in analytics and data governance, currently serving as the Director of Analytics & Data Governance at Franciscan Health since August 2022, following a role as Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Carla held managerial positions in Business Intelligence at Community Health System and Kaiser Permanente and worked as a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist. Carla also has a solid background in financial analysis and business development with previous roles at Valley Children's Healthcare, Schneider Electric, EY, and Boeing. Carla holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Finance from California State University-Long Beach.
