Debbie Klyczek

Debbie Klyczek, OTR, currently serves as the Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services at Franciscan Health, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Debbie Klyczek worked at EmpowerMe Wellness from June 2021 to February 2024 as the Area Director of Operations and previously as Therapy Lead/Osteopathic Therapist. Debbie Klyczek's experience also includes serving as Regional Manager for IN/KY at HealthPRO Heritage from September 2017 to June 2021, and as Director of Rehabilitation at Renewal Rehab from September 2016 to September 2017. Earlier in the career, Debbie Klyczek held the role of Occupational Therapist/DOR at Select Rehabilitation from April 2014 to September 2016 and worked at Advocate Health Care as an OTR from 2011 to 2014. Debbie Klyczek holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Therapy from Chicago State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
