Heather Hedrick

Heather Hedrick possesses extensive experience in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Lead Compensation Analyst at Franciscan Health since March 2011, following progression through various roles including Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Compensation Admin Specialist, Recruiter, and HR Generalist II. Prior to Franciscan Health, Heather worked at Saco Industries as an HR Generalist from June 2007 to March 2011 and spent nearly a decade at ACE Hardware in positions from Store Manager to Associate. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Purdue University Northwest.
