Chanita Neal

Chanita Neal, MS, CBP, SHRM-CP, CHES, currently serves as the Global Principal Analyst - Compensation at Westlake since September 2023, previously holding the position of Global Senior Analyst - Compensation. Prior to joining Westlake, Chanita worked at The Friedkin Group as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where responsibilities included designing a new Compensation Management Tool and leading enterprise-wide pay equity reviews. Chanita's earlier experience includes serving as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator at Saipem, where tasks involved preparing a quarterly labor forecast budget and providing compensation recommendations based on job market data. Chanita holds a Master of Science in Health Education and Promotion and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion, both from the University of Arkansas.
