Matthew Rachwalski

Matthew Rachwalski is a Sports Medicine Physician at Franciscan Health since September 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Sports Medicine Fellow at Indiana University from August 2017 to August 2018, and completing a Family Medicine Residency at Presence Health from July 2014 to June 2017. Earlier in the career, Matthew Rachwalski was an Intern at Franciscan St. James from July 2013 to June 2014. Educational background includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University (AZ) obtained between 2009 and 2013, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 2003 to 2008. Matthew Rachwalski graduated from Marist High School, Chicago, in 2003.
