James Onuigbo is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Diversity Manager at Franciscan Children's since December 2021. Prior to this role, James worked as a Senior Recruiter at Tripadvisor from January 2021 to December 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Boston Medical Center (BMC) from January 2018 to January 2021. James began a career in recruitment as an Account Manager at Allied Employee Services, Inc. from January 2016 to December 2017. James completed a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at Bridgewater State University between 2012 and 2017.
