Alana Chatelain

Alana Chatelain, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources - US Sales & Corporate Headquarters at Nestlé Health Science from May 2014 to April 2019. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources Consulting Services at Gallagher from October 2013 to October 2014. Alana also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Louisiana Heart Hospital from 2006 to 2013 and as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Piccadilly Restaurants from October 2003 to October 2005.

Alana Chatelain holds a Bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Alana has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2019. Additionally, they have a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
