Christy L.

Christy L. has a strong background in healthcare management and information services. Christy began their career in 2005 as a Project Manager at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. In 2007, they joined the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System as a Manager, Information Services Clinical Care. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the organization, including Director, Clinical Information Services and CNIO/Director of Special Projects. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of Healthcare Innovation and Special Projects. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Ambulatory Quality.

Christy L. holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from LSU Shreveport. Christy also has a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Southeastern Louisiana University. In addition to their academic achievements, they are a Certified Lean Practitioner, obtained from Tranformance Advisors Inc in April 2020. Christy L. also holds certifications as a PMP (Project Management Institute) and as a Registered Nurse, BSN from the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
