Jennifer Trahan

Jennifer Trahan serves as the SVP and Chief HR Operations Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since November 2020. Jennifer has also held the positions of Regional Chief People Officer - Louisiana and Regional VP of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to this, Jennifer gained extensive experience at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, where various roles included VP of Human Resources, AVP Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Manager of Employee Relations, Coordinator of Employee Assistance Program, and Social Worker from August 2000 to November 2020. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Louisiana State University (1998 - 2000) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
