Laura Dalferes

Laura Dalferes has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration. Laura started their career as a Registered Nurse at Our Lady of the Lake in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Laura then moved on to become a Clinical Case Coordinator at Lake Physician Health Organization from 1998 to 2001. Laura joined Calais Health LLC in 2001 and held various roles including Case Manager, Manager, and Director until 2010. In 2010, they joined the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System as the Manager of Leave Administration and later became the Director of Benefits in 2021.

Laura Dalferes attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Laura'sfield of study was Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
