Madelyn Rawls

Madelyn Rawls, RN, CCDS, has a comprehensive background in clinical documentation and nursing, currently serving as System Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since August 2013, and previously as Corporate Manager in the same area. Prior experience includes roles at Ochsner Health System as a Clinical Documentation Specialist and at Sentara Healthcare as an Emergency Room Nurse. Madelyn also held positions at Woman's Hospital as Clinical Coordinator for Home Care and in the Staff Med/OB Unit, and at Duke Raleigh Hospital as a Staff/Charge Nurse in the Family Birthing Center, contributing to a robust career in healthcare spanning over two decades.
