Perry Gaudet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. From 1995 to 2012, Perry worked at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, where they served in various leadership roles in the Emergency Department, including employee supervision, strategic planning, nursing informatics, and being the clinical lead for a Cerner Optimization Project. They were also responsible for patient satisfaction initiatives.

In 2012, Perry joined the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System as an Application Systems Analyst 2/Principal Trainer. Their current responsibilities include EPIC Inpatient Implementation, managing the Care Everywhere application, importing Healthwise Discharge information, and being a part of the Virtual Training implementation team.

Before joining the healthcare sector, Perry was the President of the Fairview Homeowners Association from 1997 to 2012.

Perry Gaudet, BSN, RN, CEN, CLSSGB, completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Nursing degree from Our Lady of the Lake College from 1992 to 1994. Perry then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Thomas Edison State University from 2009 to 2012. Perry also obtained various certifications including Board Certified Emergency Nurse (BCEN) from the Emergency Nurses Association in 2009, Epic ASAP Analyst/Principal Trainer certification from Epic in 2015, and ASAP Curriculum Certification from Epic in 2018. Perry is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from SigmaTek, LLC. Perry has additional certifications in Willow Ambulatory Curriculum and Willow Inpatient Curriculum from Epic.
