Stephanie Bryant

Stephanie Bryant has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Stephanie is currently the Director of Physician Services/Specialty at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Monroe Surgical Hospital in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Executive Director at St. Joseph Continuing Care Center/Cantex Continuing Care. Stephanie also worked as the Director of Quality and Strategic Operations at Paramount Healthcare Consultants, LLC from 2018 to 2020. Stephanie began their career at Paramount Healthcare Consultants in 2009 as a Long Term Care Administrator, where they focused on advocating for residents' quality of life and managing daily operations. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at Chase from 1996 to 2009, overseeing various departments and managing a large team.

Stephanie Bryant obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Louisiana Monroe between 1989 and 1994. Stephanie also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same university.
