Stephanie Roussell has a diverse work experience, with roles in marketing, brand management, and creative strategy. Stephanie started their career as an Advertising Intern at Peter A. Mayer Advertising in 2007. Stephanie then worked as a Marketing Officer at Louisiana Economic Development, where they helped change the perception and raise awareness of Louisiana as a business opportunity. In 2013, they joined Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center as a Marketing Specialist and later became a Marketing Strategist and Marketing Manager, focusing on shaping the creative and strategic direction of the hospital's marketing and communication team. In 2016, Stephanie started their own company called Shop Girl, serving as the Owner and Chief Giving Officer. Since 2018, they have been working at the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, first as a Manager of Brand and currently as the Senior Director of Brand, leading the creative, content, and project management strategy for the health system.
Stephanie Roussell received a Master's Degree in Strategic Communication from Louisiana State University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university, obtaining a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from 2003 to 2007. Stephanie Roussell also completed their secondary education at Tioga High School from 1999 to 2003.
