Ryan M. Sheade, LCSW, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Integrated Mental Health Associates, a position held since September 2011. In addition to this role, Ryan serves as the Director of Therapy, Support, and Counseling at Franciscan Renewal Center, and Co-Founder and Director of Training at the Arizona Institute for Advanced Psychotherapy Training. Ryan's academic contributions include positions as a Lecturer and Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, imparting knowledge in various social work courses utilizing clinical experience for practical application. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Clinical Director at the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS and Behavioral Health Therapist at Phoenix Shanti Group. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania.

The Casa was founded by and is today an active religious community of the Order of Friars Minor -- part of the worldwide Franciscan family, following in the footsteps of Sts. Francis and Clare of Assisi. The Casa is a wholly owned entity of the Franciscan Friars Province of Saint Barbara, based in Oakland, Calif., and works cooperatively with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix.
