Jeff Lundeen possesses extensive experience in the senior living and affordable housing sectors. Currently serving in Ministry Development at Franciscan Ministries since June 2023, Jeff previously held the position of National Senior Living Development Director at The Weitz Company from March 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Affordable Housing Consultant at Sequoia Enterprises Inc. and Vice President of Strategic Development at Covenant Living Communities and Services, where Jeff contributed to corporate strategy and operational issues while advising the CEO. Jeff also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin, overseeing operations and growth across various care facilities. Education was completed at North Park University from 1980 to 1985.

Franciscan Ministries, sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, is a nonprofit Catholic organization. For more than a century, we have cared for generations of families. We own and operate premier senior living communities that provide a spectrum of housing and care options including independent living, assisted living, memory support services, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and community-based home care. Our charitable programs include a domestic violence prevention center and shelter, and we provide scholarships and educational support for students attending an all-girls Catholic high school in the Chicago area.
