Mike Moesel

Mike Moesel currently serves as Operating Advisor and Legal Counsel at Francisco Partners since January 2023 and has been an Adjunct Professor at BYU Law School since August 2021, designing and teaching courses focused on legal issues in technology start-ups. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where Mike participated in several high-profile public offerings, and teaching MBA courses at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Associate at PwC in the Financial Services sector, a Law Clerk at Kim & Chang, and assisting start-ups with business plans at Brigham Young University. Mike Moesel's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and dual degrees in Accounting and Political Science from Brigham Young University.
