Linda Rämsberg

Linda Rämsberg has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Francks Kylindustri AB, a company specializing in industrial and commercial cooling. Prior to this, Linda served as a Styrelseledamot (Board Member) at Sveriges HR Förening from 2020 to 2022. From 2011 to 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at ELITS, where they were responsible for various HR tasks and decisions globally. Before that, Linda worked as an HR and recruitment consultant at Paragera in 2010, and as a Recruiter at Academic Work from 2008 to 2010. Linda also served as a Personalstrateg och personalkonsult (Strategic HR Partner) at Motala kommun from 2000 to 2008, where they were involved in HR policy development, talent management, and other strategic HR projects. Linda's career in HR began with a role as a Research (recruitment administrator) at Proffice in 2000.

Linda Rämsberg obtained their Gymnasieexamen from Södertornskolan in 1995. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Linköping University, which was completed in 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Linda obtained a Personality and Ability test, PPA (Thomas), from SLG Thomas International in November 2001. Additionally, in November 2008, they acquired an Ability test, Verify, and an OPQ personality test from SHL.
