Linda Rämsberg

Linda Rämsberg's work experience includes several HR roles in various companies. Linda is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Francks Kylindustri AB, an industrial and commercial cooling company. In this role, they oversee HR operations for approximately 400 employees across 30 locations in Sweden.

Prior to this, Linda worked as an HR Manager at ELITS, a company with a presence in Sweden, Germany, and Canada. Linda was responsible for all HR functions, from daily operations to strategic decision-making, and was a member of the management team. Linda held this position from December 2011 to October 2021.

Before joining ELITS, Linda worked as an HR and recruitment consultant at Paragera and as a Recruiter at Academic Work. Linda also gained experience as an HR Strategist and HR Partner at Motala kommun, where they worked on HR policy development, recruitment, talent management, and other strategic projects. Additionally, Linda had a role as a Research Administrator at Proffice.

In addition to their corporate roles, Linda has also served as a board member at Sveriges HR Förening from February 2020 to February 2022.

Linda Rämsberg has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Linköping University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Gymnasieexamen in the Humanistisk linje at Södertornskolan from 1992 to 1995.

In terms of certifications, Linda has obtained several. In 2008, they passed the Ability test from Verify at SHL, as well as the OPQ personality test from the same institution. In 2001, they also obtained the Personality and ability test (PPA) from SLG Thomas International.
