Oneida Franco has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Oneida is the Founder and CEO of Franco Blueprint, an accounting and business management firm that provides support to businesses and entrepreneurs. Oneida also worked as a CFO at GLASS, a Silicon Valley GovTech leader specializing in public procurement platforms. Oneida is the Founder of Fundación Generaciones Sanas (FUNGESA), and they hold the role of Treasurer at Rotary International. Oneida co-founded Casa Dos Chicas Café and worked as an Accountant at Dia Art Foundation. Additionally, Oneida has experience as an Office Manager/Assistant Administrator at Millissime INC & Millissime LTD and as an Accounting Manager at Microgeo USA, LLC. Oneida also worked as an Accounts Payable Manager at American Steel Products, LLC and as an Accounting Assistant at Auto Action Distributors.

Oneida Franco's education history begins with their high school diploma from Barringer High School, which was obtained between 1991 and 1995. They then attended Katharine Gibbs Schools from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associates degree in Business and English Literature.
