Hayden Facey

Hayden Facey is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Franco Manca since August 2024. Previously, Hayden held the position of Restaurant Manager at Tortilla Mexican Grill plc from April 2021 to August 2024, where significant achievements included leading a successful trial of a new churros product and launching the innovative ‘Tortilla Sunsets’ evening campaign.
