Jen Lacagnina

Jen Lacagnina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Enterprise Customer Success Team Lead at FranConnect since July 2025, Jen previously held multiple senior roles at Khoros, including Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Director of Customer Success. With experience spanning back to 2001, Jen has held various positions at companies such as Xerox, ACS, and Tech 2000, where responsibilities included implementing call center strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing project implementations.
