Rich Hoban is an experienced leader with significant involvement in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association (CAMBA) since November 2024, Rich also holds multiple roles at Frandsen Financial Corporation and Frandsen Bank & Trust, including Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, since July 1989. In addition, Rich serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital and Water's Edge Senior Living, and has recently completed a tenure as Past Chairman of the Minnesota Bankers Association from June 2021 to June 2024. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Management from Saint John's University, which was earned between 1977 and 1981.
