Mike Frank

Mike Frank has over 20 years of work experience in the beverage industry. Mike started their career as a driver at Frank Liquor Co in 1998. From there, they worked as a merchandiser at Mark VII Distributing until 2001. In 2002, they joined Constellation Brands as a Retail Sales Representative and later became a District Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Frank Beer Distributors, where they served as a Brand Manager until 2014. Mike then became the President of the company and eventually the CEO of the Beer Division at Frank Beverage Group. In 2023, they took on the role of CEO at Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC. Alongside their corporate roles, Mike has also been involved in industry associations, serving as the Board Treasurer and later the Board Chair at the Wisconsin Beer Distributors Association. Mike has also been an active member of the Middleton Chamber of Commerce, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and as the Board President.

Mike Frank received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota in the years spanning from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in various fields including Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in Manufacturing/Industrial, Certified Beer Server, and Dispense Institute.
