Mark Dunnagan

Mark Dunnagan is an experienced executive in the construction industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Blum Construction since May 2006. Mark has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Project Development and Vice President of Preconstruction Services, where responsibilities included oversight of business development, marketing, and preconstruction services. Prior to Blum Construction, Mark worked as Preconstruction Services Manager and Project Manager at Gulf Stream Construction from June 2001 to May 2006. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from The Citadel, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University, completed in 2001.
