Thomas Finnegan

Thomas Finnegan, PMP, currently serves as a Project Engineer at Frank L. Blum Construction Company since May 2023. Previously, Thomas held the role of Project Manager at J&N Construction from August 2020 to May 2023, and at Ally Energy Solutions from August 2018 to March 2020, as well as at SunSmart Technologies from May 2017 to August 2018 and ACE Solar from January 2017 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing project aspects from post-sale through installation and ensuring milestones and deliverables were achieved. Earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Site Technician at Sunrun, overseeing inspections and site audits in the Eastern Massachusetts/New Hampshire region, and gaining foundational customer service and team management skills as a Shift Manager at Starbucks and a Deli Associate at Hannaford Supermarkets. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 2010 and 2013.
