Ryan Lepianka is a Principal Designer/Creative Lead at Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. Currently responsible for leading the creative process, from design sketch to manufacturing, ensuring the team is equipped with the best tools and processes. Previously held roles as Creative Director at Process Retail Group, Inc., and as a Designer at both Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. and DCI Marketing. Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
