Julie Hesla Steinum has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Julie Hesla is currently serving as the Head of HR at Framo since December 2021. Previously, they worked at Gabler AS, where they held multiple roles including Konserndirektør Strategi, HR og kommunikasjon from October 2017 to December 2021, HR-direktør / CHRO from December 2016 to October 2017, and HR-sjef from April 2016 to November 2016. Julie also has experience in Veidekke Norge, where they held positions such as HR-leder from December 2011 to May 2015 and HR-rådgiver from September 2007 to December 2011. Julie Hesla'scareer began at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, where they worked as a Cabin Attendant from March 1998 to March 2007.

Julie Hesla Steinum received their education from various institutions. Julie Hesla started by attending the University of Oslo in 1995, where they completed a course in Ex. phil. In 1996, they briefly studied at the University of Bergen (UiB), focusing on 1. avd jus. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Management with a specialization in HRM at BI Norwegian Business School, from 2001 to 2004. Julie Hesla then went on to complete their Master's degree in Management at the same institution, specializing in HRM, Employment Law, and Project Management, from 2004 to 2010.
