Laura Polus

Laura Polus is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational change. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Renewable Products and Logistics & Operations at Neste since June 2018, Laura has led various initiatives focused on performance leadership and wellbeing at a global level. Prior experience at PwC Finland included roles as Senior Manager in HR and Talent & Development Lead, where Laura managed teams and served as a Business HR partner across multiple offices. Additional HR roles at PwC USA and PwC Suomi further enhanced Laura's expertise in learning and development, HR partnerships, and project management. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tampere, along with experience studying at Tampere University of Technology and Universidade do Porto.
