Grace Parshall has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a waitress at Cream and Crepe Cafe until 2019. In 2017, they interned at the Cedarburg Performing Arts Center for nine months. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an AmeriCorps Campus Ambassador at ServeMinnesota, where they created a presence for AmeriCorps opportunities on campus and represented the organization at tabling events. In 2019, they also worked as a Cedarburg Playground Camp Supervisor at the Cedarburg Parks and Recreation. In 2020, they joined Backpack Communications as a Content Creator, where they conducted interviews and wrote feature stories for the Department of Chicano and Latino Studies and the Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies newsletters. Grace also participated in weekly agency learning sessions. Later in 2020, they became an Account Manager at Backpack Communications, where they initiated marketing campaigns, wrote social media copy, and coordinated with the creative team for timely execution of deliverables. In 2021, they joined Mint Talent Group's Women in Music Mentorship Program. Currently, they are working as a Marketing Coordinator at Frank Productions.

Grace Parshall attended the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications and also earned a Certificate in Applied Business.
