He is focused on audits of broker-dealers, and small to mid-sized privately held companies in a variety of industries, including development stage, manufacturing, real estate, software, and high-tech. He is experienced in revenue recognition, equity accounting, accounting for complex debt agreements, foreign currency transactions and consolidation process.
