Cristina started her career in public accounting in 2002. As a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice, she specializes in a venture fund and corporate tax compliance and consulting including tax provisions, international tax planning and mergers and acquisitions.
Cristina’s venture fund experience includes working with domestic and offshore funds. She also works with a wide range of corporate clients in the life sciences, service, software and manufacturing industries, ranging from start-ups to publicly traded, multinational corporations.
